It is necessary to allow the organization to listen in a way that employees are comfortable sharing. Without Voice of Employee, your leaders are missing a key piece of information. He has a passion for helping companies design employee experiences that improve both the outcomes of the organization and the lives of its employees. Gil’s combined background in psychology and business helps him understand both the individual and organizational aspects of the workplace.
